I have a million resolutions floating in my head this year. I like Lent because it offers a short timeframe with which to commit to some behavior change. Some ideas:
* Wake up before the kids so I can have some quiet time alone every day.
* Stop eating after the kids go to bed.
* GO TO THE GYM TWICE A WEEK.
* Turn off technology! No phone between 8 and 8.
* Only one screen at a time.
