Our son (now 3) was a bad sleepe...I vote for sleep. Our son (now 3) was a bad sleeper for his first three years, and I can say from hard experience that nothing is more important than sleep. I try to find me time during weekend naps, or after our children go down in the evening. Or, honestly, try to think of your commute as time for your own reading and reflections.
